When a single session makes sense
Not everyone needs a program. Sometimes one focused hour is exactly the right thing.

You don't have to commit
The single-session option is the most honest one we offer. Sometimes you don't need a program. You need an hour with someone who can help you understand what's going on.
When it's enough
A single session is often the right call when:
- You're new to this kind of work and want to try it before committing.
- Something acute is bothering you and you want some relief plus a clear direction.
- You're already in good shape and want a tune-up rather than ongoing care.
- You want a second perspective on something you're working on elsewhere.
When it isn't
A single session won't unwind years of patterns. If you're hoping for sustained change in something chronic, look at the package or the structured program. We're upfront about this because the alternative is wasted money and disappointment.
What you get
Sixty minutes. Movement assessment, manual therapy, breath and posture work as appropriate, and clear guidance for what to do until you decide what's next. No pressure to rebook.
